I. APPLYING FOR A LIBRARY BORROWER’S CARD |
1. Get the Library Borrower’s Card from the Library Staff and fill it up. |

2. Return the accomplished Library Borrower’s Card for recording in the Membership Logbook. |

3. Attend Orientation Briefing on Library Regulations and Policies with the Librarian or staff. |

4. You are now qualified to borrow books and other reading materials. |

II. BORROWING OF BOOKS AND OTHER REFERENCES |
1.Present Letter of Request from the Borrowing School Librarian/Principal/Head Teacher and get Requisition Form from the Librarian or staff on duty |

2. Proceed to browsing area for the books to borrow. |

4. Give the Accomplished Requisition Slip to the Librarian or Staff on duty for them to log in the Accession Logbook. |

5. Wait for the books to be packed in bins. |

6. Counter check the title and quantities of books borrowed before the bins are released to you. |

B. BY INDIVIDUALS |
1. Go to the Librarian or staff and register your name in the Visitor’s Logbook for verification of membership. |

2. Shop for a maximum of five (5) Books that you want to borrow and fill-up the Yellow Card or book card located at the inside-back cover of the books. |

3. Present the Books and the Yellow Card or book card to the Librarian or staff on duty for counter-checking. |
