I. SECURING TRANSFER OF TAX DECLARATION

1. Submit all documents required for the preparation of the Field Appraisal Assessment Sheet (FAAS) and Real Property Tax Order of Payment (RPTOP) to the Assessor’s staff on duty. |

2. Wait for the FAAS and RPTOP from the Municipal Assessor’s Office and bring them to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office for the payment of Real Property Taxes. |

3. Bring the Official Receipt of payment together with the FAAS and RPTOP to the Municipal Assessor’s Office for the preparation of your Tax Declaration. |

4. Wait for the Release of your Transfer of Tax Declaration for the approval of the Provincial Assessor. |

II. CANCELLING, REVISING OR CORRECTING ASSESSMENTS |
1. Submit documents required to the Assessor’s staff on duty, for review and verification. |

2. After the verification of documents, you will be given a schedule for Ocular Inspection by the Municipal Assessor or staff. |

3. During the Ocular Inspection, your Field Appraisal Assessment Sheet (FAAS) and Real Property Tax Order of Payment ( RPTOP) will be prepared. |

4. Go the Municipal Treasurer’s Office with the FAAS and RPTOP for payment of Real Property Taxes. |

1. Real Property Tax payment as per Ordinance # 2001-095. |

5. Bring back the Official Receipt, FAAS and RPTOP to the Municipal Assessor’s Office for the preparation of your Tax Declaration. |
