The Local Government Unit of Tuao headed by Mayor Atty. Francisco Jun Mamba, Jr. with the collaborative effort of the Philippine Band of Mercy conducted the FREE CLEF LIP/PALATE OPERATION last June 5-6, 2015 at Tuao Birthing Center wherein 17 patients from within and outside Tuao were given the chance to smile the brightest and with confidence.
