NAME OF PROJECT: PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FIXTURE & EQUIPMENT
- In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Local Government Unit of Tuao, Cagayan Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FIXTURE & EQUIPMENT, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.” The Local Government Unit of Tuao through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 296,807.95 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF OFFICE FIXTURE & EQUIPMENT.
